2. Loan Pre-Approval: If you haven’t already, I’ll connect you with trusted local lenders to get pre-approved so we can shop with confidence and speed.
3. Personalized Property Search: I’ll set up a custom MLS search with your preferences, give you access to off-market opportunities, and share listings as soon as they hit the market — sometimes even before.
4. Showings & Feedback: We’ll tour homes together or virtually and I’ll help you evaluate each one based on your goals and the current market conditions.
5. Making an Offer: I’ll guide you through comps, strategies, and contingencies to write a strong, competitive offer that puts you in the best position to win.
6. Contract to Close: From inspections to appraisals to closing day — I’ll coordinate all the moving parts and keep you informed every step of the way.
